What is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Method
RTT combines the most beneficial principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, cognitive behavioural therapy and neuroscience, to access and rewire the subconscious mind.
It delivers permanent change from physical, emotional and psychological pain by reframing your old beliefs, values, habits and emotions that are deep in the subconscious and no longer serving you.
By rapidly rewiring the neural pathways of the brain, RTT replaces our out-dated belief systems and negative patterns of behaviour. New empowering beliefs are formed and the healing process begins. It was developed by the highly acclaimed therapist Marisa Peer who has developed and perfected this method over 30 years.
How Does It Work?
There are a few simple steps to the RTT session:
Firstly, we identify exactly what it is that is not working for you and what you want to change;
Secondly, using the tools listed above, we investigate and uncover what limiting beliefs are causing this issue, and
Thirdly, we pull apart and reframe those old beliefs and install new and empowering ones that free you to be the amazing, wonderful person that you are.
RTT works because it targets the root cause of your issue, rather than just addressing the symptoms.
What Issues Can RTT Help With?
